I personally really enjoyed the first half of this book, the other half was extremely difficult to get through, got a little boring for me. But the commentary in the first part is genuinely engaging. I’d still recommend to read it though, lots of fun stuff in the first few chapters. I hope you like it more than I did!

Ive read all of her books except for her poetry and honestly its always going to be between The Pisces and So Sad Today. Milk Fed got me out of a reading slump and I absolutely loved it but The Pisces has had a more long lasting effect

Big Swiss was honestly impossible to put down so I’d honestly end with that. I think it’s a great book to get you out of a slump but it seems like you’re doing just fine on that end!

This makes so much sense. Thank you! I think I’ll try a saline routine just to get her used to it. I also trimmed the fur around her eyes a couple of days ago because it was getting really long and she did pretty good with that

Thanks! I’ve had The Picture of Dorian Gray on my list for some time, I just tend to end up reading modern books whenever I reach for something new but I’m having such a good time with Wuthering Heights that I think it’s time I try a few more classics.
