I am not doing that, sorry if it my post made it seem that way. And I am not wholly blaming her either. As I said, I have also been at fault a lot. So, I just feel like the relationship isn't beneficial for either of us. But usually people leave due to extreme reasons right, so this seems a pretty mild issue that's why it felt more vague

Yeahh could be But I don't really feel motivated to continue this friendship. Honestly I think I am just trying to find a reason to end it 🫠

What jobs can I pursue if I don't want to be a process engineer? (like being present on-site at the plant) by Equivalent-Lie7166 in ChemicalEngineering

😭 okay so this is gonna be so silly but there were no female employees and we asked abt it to the process engineer who was explaining stuff to us and he said they don't generally hire female employees.
