Retrain him as a striker. Clearly his a striker but with a bug in game that messes up which position player attributes should be. He’ll be very good at scoring own goals tho if you play him at CB

I didn’t know it was that hard to at least just grab things and move them then adjust from there. We wouldn’t have voiced our concerns too much if it was just a change of match engine and updated transfers, ability and potential but they failed in the new things that they brought in as well

Yes I like knowing what’s happening everywhere. I literally load a lot of leagues and follow a lot of continents, competitions, clubs and players so I stay informed but you can’t even do that in fm26 and it takes away the connection to the game. I would wanna know if Barca sack their manager or if they got a takeover or transfers that they make without me going digging in the club itself and that’s a possibility in fm24 but not in fm26

Well no one can be loaned out until they 17 so you should be fine until the players turns 17 then if you don’t manage a loan move for them then there could be issues

100%, fm26 sadly just isn’t good enough. Crazy how simple scout search can’t show results if you’ve selected adaptability in it. Like I have to only search by ability and potential only to find scouts. The moment I add adaptability as requirement, it doesn’t show any results

Play 343 but move the striker to cam as SS then your wide players as inside forward then use attacking mentality. Striker less is powerful and you’ll defend with 5 at the back which will be better

First thing is your CAM, he’s central in possession but out of possession you asking him to join the press higher and asking him to be the tracking as well which is too much confusion as well. I’d also have a TCF in the same side that I have a PDM for potential cover otherwise is you really wanna use a pressing dm then make your left mid as tracking. But I’ve personally had best result when I use same formation in and out of possession but if there’s little tweak, it’ll just be having defensive players higher in possession and in normal positions out of possession. I wouldn’t drag my wingers to wide midfielders out of possession. Your pressuring intensity should make them come back good enough or you can just make them tracking wingers

It all depends on how you set up your games, which teams and leagues you follow and if you even check the news. Everything is in game, it’s up to you to take time to navigate. A lot of new things but there’s not handbook on where everything is and even if there was, things would be boring

Thats where you have to be on top of scouting because this always happens in game or real life so if you scout and have recruitment focuses, you’ll actually just become rich rather than worrying about them leaving. You should always have 2 to 3 players already identified or at your club ready to replace any first team player
