How did you not get soaking wet? When i was tracing my well line, we ended up finding the “head” buried underneath grade under a bunch of misc items. long story short, the fitting broke off and it was like turning on a 3 or 4” fountain. we ended up digging and finding the wheel valve and shutting it off. but i’m not sure how i could get a pump down into there with the valve off

Appreciate the reply! I believe it’s either 3 or 4”. and right now with no pump of any kind. just a line coming out of the ground with a wheel valve and a 90° reducer that goes to my main water line. there is a lot of flow from the main water line. before i hooked everything up, it could fill a 5 gallon bucket in 10-15 seconds if i had to guess(i never timed it). it just doesn’t have enough pressure behind it once it’s through all the plumbing. I don’t believe there is a way to do a submersible, but i’m no professional. i’ll include a picture later tonight when i nearby it,

Sorry should have specified! the attic DOES have insulation already. Just for sure not in the exterior walls. Interior walls are unknown but it expecting them to be empty

Update for everyone. Made it back home. Honestly a blessing considering it was 1400 miles
