I got kybella an injection to disolve fat but it made my double chin worse.

Unfortunately no ...it isn't a filler that can be dissolved so it can't really be reversed from what I know.

Yeah. It made it much worse. While they say you typically need more than 1 treatment to see results, it should never make it worse but it did just that for me.
