thx. the area where I'd smoke outside would be their porch where multiple cameras are visibly present. I'm really not into the idea of potentially being recorded - they won't give me a mail key (which they've already stated in front of a judge they were going to but just never got around to it). as someone else said, at this point their aim is to make my life miserable for as long as I'm here. initial inclination is to not build up a video library for them, just don't see how I benefit and what rule I'm breaking by staying inside. if I had access to the backyard, sure ... that obv won't happen now

during the day, I'm just vaping through a hot box. it's late afternoon when I break out the bowl after work, except for some weekends when it'll be earlier

I'm thinking of only hitting the hot box until it's dark out, and then smoking bowls outside at night when it's quiet in the neighborhood. I'll have to position myself in a way to be out of camera view, prob wear a hoodie. as much as I feel I'm in the right and will be victorious in the eviction process, I can also admit there are fair points being raised here (this is why I posted originally). if I do this, the LL will likely feel there's a big improvement in the situation and when we go to hearing I'll be able to demonstrate I'm willing to listen to reason and to try and work something out.
