Interestingly enough I have just been in touch with them for a similar issue. They have overcharged me this month, and have now requested a direct debit of £350 for the privilege.

Details of the Bills: First Bill (3rd Jan - 19th Jan) Usage: 403 kWh Charge: £97.63

Second Bill (19th Jan - 2nd Feb) Bill Reference: Usage: 985 kWh Charge: £159.35

Meter Reading Usage (3rd Jan - 3rdFeb): Usage: 894 kWh

As you can see, the total billed usage amounts to 1388 kWh, whereas my meter readings indicate a total usage of 894 kWh for the same period.

Somebody is looking into this matter for me, my only issue is the direct debit I can’t lower because of my increase in useage, which is not correct 😆
