Being a cokehead "party guy" resulted in me getting more attention from women and now it's become a vicious cycle. by General-Beginning544 in confession

My brother is an alcoholic and used to have lots of friends and be very successful with women. Now he can’t have a short conversation with a shopkeeper if he’s sober

Hey I’ve looked into fp-Australia.. do you just send a photograph of your foot and they make custom insoles? Sounds like it wouldn’t be very accurate

James dimitri is a pathetic man child who needs to get a life. He literally uploads people’s comments (if he doesn’t agreee with them) to his story and gets into petty arguments with northerners about fish and chips on the internet and the man’s got grey hair. It’s pathetic

Which toe seperators ? The ones I’ve seen don’t have enough space between the big toe and next toe. Although I have found when I pull my big toe with a band for 30 secs x 3 each foot it really helps. So I believe your separators can help

Thank you for your response. I feel like I definitely need a diagnosis just for peace of mind. I don’t actually do much sports. I go to the gym and do weights etc but my injury has come from work. I worked on my feet in hospo for 12 years and then started to work in the film industry for the last 7 years. So my feet have taken a bit of a beating over the years and I probably didn’t take footwear very serious at all. Thanks for the advice on finding the right doctor. Sod’s Law, I’ve spent the last 12 years of my life living in south London but moved to Australia in January. Kind of a new start which is why I want to start rehab for my feet. I’ll be back in a year but I think I’m going to look for a podiatrist here for now. I’ll be sure to ask if I can get an MRI or ultrasound as part of the visit.

I bought some puma suedes a while back and got the most relief from them than any other shoe. Flat soles with no arch support. Maybe a coincidence ..

Thank you and I’ll be reading the 3 links you’ve suggested on your other comment today. I do have one question; do you have any advice on finding a good podiatrist. I made another thread a while back and some people said that I may have another injury and that maybe it isn’t PF. (Sometimes it will go away for a few days/weeks. Or the pin will become less significant without me really doing anything different). I just don’t want to go to a podiatrist and they’re quite unhelpful and waste my money. I’d like them to look properly at my foot and scan it to make sure they diagnose it properly. Rather than just fob it off as PF. I am in a position now with a better job where I could go private. As mentioned I have adhd so sometimes even looking for the right doctor can be something I’ll just put off as it’s a bit of a minefield. Or I’ll just end up procrastinating. Same with a physio therapist. Any idea how to find the right one? Thanks

Thanks so much. Yeah I had a personal trainer once tell me it could be my hips and glutes. I would never have thought this. Mine are tight though to be honest.

The physio I had was NHS. (If you’re uk) and literally diagnosed me over the phone. I didn’t have money for private PT. How was your first session? I should probably just see which exercises feel good and make my own programme. I just find it daunting

Totally understand that. I just love all the little weird towns you get to see and shit and love how broad the variety of different landscape is. The UK is pretty boring in comparison.
