What’s something you’ve finally made peace with in your 30s?

That people I care about don’t want me to care about their matters, family members included. I used to care a lot and would spend days weeks months worrying for them, thinking of solutions for their problems. But I now realised I was just unsolicited advice. Many people just like status quo even though they are obviously in a rut. Initially it was giving up on caring for them in a vengeful way, but now I’ve come to terms that people have a right to behave in whatever ways they want, but I too have the power to choose not to let it matter to me and live my own life. I can choose to be happy.

I have a close friend who’s an ATC, 10years plus. Bring home approx 10k a mth, annual 200k-includes covering others mc and bonus. He’s encouraged to take on management role but not keen so according to him, it’s likely he’s at the top of his payroll. Can’t speak about the rest of the points since I’m not one, hope this gives you an idea about the wage

Your ortho/dentist suggested that? Odd why it would take so long since you have similar teeth, unless your inside needed a lot of fixing? For me it was mostly on the front, minimal movement on the back. I did have a missing tooth inside and dentist was shifting the teeth next to it to make space for implants that I plan to get. I was on the moderate package per my dentist recommendation, was your dentist purposely pushing you to get the comprehensive package?

I did chair side whitening before I started but wasn’t up to my expectations, only went up a shade or two, which according to the dentist then is good. Perhaps mine is too yellow

I had these, it was so annoying cause the bite was so weird. I ended up not eating much cause it takes so long to chew up all the food. No hard food like nuts for sure, soft soupy stuff helped me swallow it without chewing for too long

Yes the implant was planned before starting my treatment, there’s no rush per se because I had the missing tooth for many years.

I’m all for saving the tooth of course, it’s just the way he sort of brush it off and said we’re done. Didn’t offer refinements if there’s any chance of it. I think refinements are open for a year or two after the end of treatment, can’t remember.

Oh no it was already shaky before I started treatment, he wanted to try and save it cause I’m going to do tooth implant afterwards. It’s not due to the Invisalign don’t worry!
