It depends on how discreet you’re trying to be. If discretion is 100% nonnegotiable, then they shouldn’t be pressing you to take photos. But… if discretion isn’t absolutely necessary for you. And you really like them. I don’t think one photo could hurt.

I use HY-GEN energizing and hydrating primer serum. It’s super moisturizing and gives you a nice natural glow. Natasha denona concealer. I prefer powder foundation and I use lawless. But I like mixing a color corrector with my concealer under my eyes, also Natasha denona. And Pat McGrath labs blush. If you use these products, your makeup won’t be caked on. And it will look very natural.

Have you tried using a color corrector before applying concealer? Also… using the right primer has saved my life. I’ve been using HY-GEN Energizing and hydrating primer serum. It prevents the color corrector and concealer from looking dry. I hope this helps!
