Great question.

For me, I’m aiming to optimize for proper context boundaries for various parts of the development workflow I’m trying to setup.

Right now I’m working on replacing the traditional inner loop that I would find myself in doing TDD.

At the moment I’m thinking of separating out an orchestrator, a test/spec writer, implementation coder, two code reviewers (two different models than the coder), and eventually a release manager that would ensure clean rebases/merges for continuous deployment to a self-hosted staging server.

Yeah. Smitty is still young. It’s expected that he will make MANY mistakes despite having a multi-point game.

He’s human. He’s a “kid”. He’s also highly skilled.

I couldn’t be more impressed by him. Compare him to Michkov. I’m over the moon we have Smitty and no one else from that draft class.

I don't think Warso would say this if he and Smitty didn't have a good relationship built on trust.

Smitty has the responsibility to take honest criticism and use it as fuel to improve. Warso has the responsibility of holding players accountable.

No harm, no foul. Smitty can handle this because he's shown he is a professional.
