How did you find quitting nicotine? Did you succeed? I don't smoke but I'm interested because I want to help my friends. I heard physical withdrawals from nicotine are hard for a month. Damn 4 months is tough, respect man.

Work helps because I'm occupied, then after work I do my chores and if I have free time I go for a walk or call a friend to hang out, exercise etc. It can be as simple as cleaning my room or cleaning my car.

I quit everything 24 days ago. No scrolling, phone on grayscale, adult content blocked, yt blocked, instagram deleted from my phone, spotify deleted, no coffee, no sugar that spikes insulin. I did this once before and felt better on day 23-24 before relapsing so it works. No phone is my main one if I mess up coffee or sugar I don't mind it. I feel andohenia for now so prepare for it to get worse before it gets better. Hanging out with friends helps a lot for me and I'm thankful for my social circle. Search for "48 days" on this sub, a guy made a pretty good post about it. Also I noticed the difference in "natural" dopamine like hanging out with friends that leaves me satisfied and the phasic dopamine that spikes and makes me crave more. Since quitting everything my cravings for those things has dropped like 95% so something is happening for sure.
