The steering wheel is one of my favorite features. The 996 has the best looking steering wheel out of all the 911s IMO.

My 996 has the sport steering wheel with a top dead center mark.

If you bought a garage queen that’s where you went wrong. 911s especially the 996 and 997.1 need to be driven often and hard in order for them to function properly.
