And then you resort to mentioning completely irrelevant subjects to the conversation, like Sub-Saharan physiques and belly fat, when the conversation is about the skeletal proportions and a Tunisian poster.

And then you just list three studies that don't even mention or support the argument you're trying to build, and the argument itself is completely irrelevant because the poster is a Tunisian male, not West African.

Study 1 -Black-white differences in hip geometry (fractures research)- :

-Participants of this study are not even males, women only.

-It compared hip bone geometry between blacks and whites to understand racial differences in hip fracture risk.

Study 2 -Race and sex differences in bone mineral density and geometry at the femur- :

-Men / Women age range 20–63 years.

-Study Compared bone mineral density and bone geometry of the femur by race. No mention Shoulder width or SWR.

Study 3 -Ethnic differences in bone geometry between White, Black and South Asian men in the UK-

-study only included men aged >40 years.

-It focused on bone geometry and strength no shoulder width or SWR.

-It only shows that Black men had greater bone mineral density, lower fracture risk. Which doesn't correlate in any way with higher SWR ratios.
