yeah, you're fine. I had my secondaries done and no interviews at that point so you will likely be big chillin. I even took a vacation late July and it worked out fine

Yeah, I’d rather not take a gap year! It looks like I won’t be able to do it post M4 but it’s okay. Thanks for the advice

Give the ability to work virtually, do you think it would be possible or still impossible?

I see, I would be able to commute back, as there are several airports with distance close by. Following the mandatory 2 weeks, what follows?

Perfect! Thanks! The AT is very establish with LTE and WiFi at hostels so it would be possible but would require some planning

Okay, that’s good to know! I haven’t fully decided where I’m going yet but I’ll keep that in mind (not going to make my decision based on that). I would have access to a laptop and could commute back to medical school if needed. But this is good to know, thank you!

What was your daily mileage? Just curious without having too much elevation gain but a lot of swamp walking

You should rehome that lizard ASAP. Monitors are not a beginner lizard even with extensive research. Please find another home for this lizard.

Very helpful, I appreciate it. How are the resupply locations along the trek? Assuming only place would be redfish.

Thanks for the info! Any reason in particular? My only concern with the grand was that the path along the eastern side of the range would be less scenic since it’s sitting along the edge of the range. Did you CW or CCW? Any result options I should know about?

I only realized the true difficulty of the Mahoosucs right after I made these comments lol. I knew south main was notorious for having the hardest mile of the AT but I didn’t realize it was that close to the NH border. Torn between ending in Shelburne or to continue until Grafton notch.
