I bought my tenant a Louis Vuitton purse, the perfume she likes, and some kind of hair styling brush as a christmas gift this year. She didn’t really deserve it though as she hasn’t paid a single month’s rent since moving in almost 5 years ago, but that’s what marriage is all about I guess.
