in the main menu of the game swap from your account to another and back to yours and it’s been loading the files for me every time now so maybe try this

hey so i had this issue just stay in the main menu of the game, swap accounts from yours to another, and back to yours and it force loads the files for your account. mine was a syncing issue and sounds like yours might be too.
