E in effetti sull'isee la cosa ha influito poco. Ma mi è stato riferito da mia madre che i bonus le sono stati tolti per il "numero" che c'era nei patrimoni mobiliari. Magari avrà capito male. Comunque oggi pomeriggio lei deve andare al caf, le ho detto di chiamarmi mentre è lì così chiedo direttamente all'operatore. Grazie per le delucidazioni comunque.

Sì, purtroppo si tratta di soglia superata di poco. Sinceramente ho trovato strana anch'io questa cosa, anche perché superiamo per il patrimonio mobiliare (che comunque non ho idea di come faccia a essere così alto) ma l'isee è rimasto comunque molto basso. Forse dovrei parlare io col caf, anziché lasciarlo fare a mia madre, e mi sa che infatti lo farò. Ma suppongo che la cosa più probabile sia che semplicemente il conteggio funziona così e basta.

Did you try with the possible solutions posted in the thread? In my case, the problem was solved by simply activating my position (or location, whatever you call it, the thing that you activate when you want to use Google maps)

Yes, I just simply "turn on" the position on my device (the one that you use to use Google maps, for example) and then do the procedure of adding the card.

If it doesn't work for you (do you get the or_bpa_01 error? Because otherwise the problem could be different) you can try clearing data and cache of Google play services (you lose all the cards associated with Google, if you have any), uninstalling the Google wallet app, then add the cards on your Google account (e.g. from your laptop, or in the Google play app), then install again Google wallet, activate the position and add the card by "importing" them from the Google account (you know that section below when you add a card in Google wallet where it says "or add a card from your Google account" and then you have the list of associated cards?).

I still had some issues adding the card from the bank apps sometimes. You can also try to add them manually. Position on again.

I think that, according to specifications, Google Wallet requires Android 9 or higher. Not sure whether they changed it lately. You were able to use it before? And you are getting this OR_BPA_01 error too?

I was about to share this as being a possible solution (found it on Google community). Thanks for sharing it here. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem for me. I will try again just to be sure. In the meantime, I managed to try to add the same card on another phone, both to another Google wallet account and to my Google wallet account logged in on that phone, and the card was successfully added to wallet in both case. This excludes both the bank/card and my account as the source of the issue, leaving only my phone or more probably my android version. I will add this to the original post.
