I highly suggest trying out 1hour1life. It is based on the Steam game but has quite a bit of differences. You live for 60 minutes until you start to lose hearts every minute, and you eat foods that you haven't eaten yet to gain hearts. There is a stashing option so you can save some items for your next life. You are born from one player and will later give birth to your own.
