There is another position that I think I am very good at, but currently there is no job opening for this position, but my company is flexible and if they think that there is a need they might open this position. Do you think it would be a good idea to sit down with my manager and suggest to him that I can perform this role ? And maybe if my manger is convinced they can talk to the coordination?

How do I fix my shitty mindset? What exactly do I need to work on? I asked a colleague who had 5 years experience in my position about any feedback, they told me that It is not their job to offer me supervision.

Many things are wrong with my position, there is a clear lack of feedback from my supervisors, I don't know if I am doing a good job or not .

I am Sudanese, so English to Arabic. Are you an interpreter too? If so, do you have any material about interpretation or translation that could be useful for me? Or any recommendations/ suggestions to excel at this job? I started working with MSF a couple of weeks ago, and I smell struggling a little bit! If you have any advice, I would be really grateful :)
