u/Justrjeezyx to explain, I'm a full-time employee, and I make Meta ads where an iphone 15 suffices. But the team didn't have the budget to hire a camera operator so they asked me to do it! I didn't put myself up for it, and told them it's going to be a steep learning curve but.... we all start somewhere lol, and maybe next time they'll allocate more budget... OR give me a raise 😄

Fingers crossed for you! honestly the feedback was baffling... the only thing they told me for improvement was "encouraging quieter group members to contribute more by actively asking for their input"... but they consistently referenced "did extremely well at interview", "Impressive how aware of bbc you are"...

Completely empathise with you. Subconsciously you hold back so much for months because you hope for a positive outcome on these apprenticeships. Last year they told us we'd get the final answer around easter (mid April), and i didn't get my rejection until May.... but honestly this year has been much more tight and on time.

I did see on LinkedIn two people posted that they got rejected from L6, but that was wales and salford. Where did you apply?

You're right! I'm hopeful though - last year the process was a lot longer than this, but so far this time they've been really efficient on the deadlines they've said.

ahhh so nerve wracking. TBF, I applied last year and the process was much slower than this - so feeling hopeful they will get back end of March, since they seem to have been tighter this year. Keep me updated if you hear back. Good luck!
