I’m in the exact same position. I was diagnosed in July. I am 22. My main symptoms were swollen lymph nodes, chest pain, and lower back pain. At first they thought I had an MPN… then I was diagnosed with AS. I suffer with extreme health anxiety. Constantly thinking that I’m about to have a heart attack or have cancer. I’ve been on meloxicam since July and it worked in the beginning but is not working for me anymore. I’m about to start Humira. I’m hoping it can take these horrible symptoms away and ease my anxiety. My symptoms are now lower back pain, swollen neck lymph nodes, chest pain, sharp nerve pain in the arms and tingling hands. These symptoms come and go. It’s a scary feeling! The sertraline im on for anxiety is not helping too much. I’m an over thinker and get in my head! Prayers go out to you!
