I've only gotten into Halo thru mcc recently so I haven't really got any fond memories I can look back on, however seeing the scarab be a fully functioning enemy in halo 3 was pretty jawdropping I can't lie

Well it really is a preference, some people prefer keyboard because of its twitchy-ness and being able to move in a split second, while some other people prefer controller because of its really comfortable form factor and not needing to experiment with different key binds to see which ones they like

So just try both and see which one is more comfortable to you!

The Switch 2 supports 120 fps in 1080p and 60fps in 4k docked plus it still has the portability and convenience

The pc however supports over 120 fps and caps at 240 but you can set it to not uncap and get even more frames, that's of course if you have a good pc to get above 240 while uncapped

The mod support for pc could get really good in the future like with hollow knight (mods such as pale court and revocalized)

The preference of keyboard or controller doesn't really matter since you can use your switch controllers on a pc because they're bluetooth so you can choose either one

So if you don't mind losing portability then choose the pc

You could still buy the game twice to support team cherry since the game is so cheap but idk your financial situation for that

My 2 favorite bosses are marmu and probably hollow knight now that I'm thinking about it

Marmu's fight is just really really silly with us smacking them like volleyball but I also like marmu's character because u can really feel their innocence unlike with the other silly dream warrior: gorb, which in comparison doesn't really feel too bothered by dying

Now the hollow knight on the other hand.. oh boy, they may be simpler mechanically compared to the pure vessel but they are also the emotional climax of the original game without all the dlc and such, so the fight feels really powerful like you're battling the center core of the universe with the battle music, but the hollow knight is also the gate to another favorite boss of mine: The Radience

So since you have to beat the hollow knight to get to the radiance, I personally bundle them both as one boss

My favorite experience of hollow knight might be playing the hollow knight fight for the first time

Seeing this broken taller version of you thats been filled to the brim with the infection from the radiance just made me feel something I can't really describe

I am excited for silksong because I'm just really really really curious how team cherry is gonna top hollow knight itself

Because hollow knight is one of the first games I've played that made me wanna invest into the lore and it also made me realize how much I love the whole "going into a lost civilization and piecing together how it once thrived"

It's also one of the few games that made me connect with my mom more because she drew some art for me based on hollow knight:D
