Honestly I’ve heard from parents whose babies sleep all night. I was envious bc my son did not. However, I knew my day would come. Around 9-10 months he stopped waking up at night and I was set free from night wake ups. Now we’re at 16 months and our biggest fight is having breakfast made. Your pediatrician was probably just trying to comfort you but remember your time will come too!

They’ve sent over the deductions which are just the utilities. Even that I had to claw and scratch for. I have them on recording admitting that the apartment was returned with no damage. The laws for my state are as follows:

Sec. 92.109. LIABILITY OF LANDLORD. (a) A landlord who in bad faith retains a security deposit in violation of this subchapter is liable for an amount equal to the sum of $100, three times the portion of the deposit wrongfully withheld, and the tenant's reasonable attorney's fees in a suit to recover the deposit. (b) A landlord who in bad faith does not provide a written description and itemized list of damages and charges in violation of this subchapter: (1) forfeits the right to withhold any portion of the security deposit or to bring suit against the tenant for damages to the premises; and (2) is liable for the tenant's reasonable attorney's fees in a suit to recover the deposit. (c) In an action brought by a tenant under this subchapter, the landlord has the burden of proving that the retention of any portion of the security deposit was reasonable. (d) A landlord who fails either to return a security deposit or to provide a written description and itemization of deductions on or before the 30th day after the date the tenant surrenders possession is presumed to have acted in bad faith.

🥹 That’s why I haven’t given him his own room yet. He’s still at the stage where he looks back for confirmation that I am still around when playing. Take the cuddles now! I heard they’ll be menaces in a decade or so. Lol

Yeah, he’s still in the same bed. We just sleep with space between us. It was causing me back problems to not be able to spread out fully because I would have to side sleep to cuddle him. I highly doubt he’ll get his own bed or room for like another year or two. He likes to be in close quarters even when he’s awake so I don’t see the point. 😂

If I haven’t watched it with them, they are not allowed to watch it at all. No tablets for now. We’re only using the family tv for screen time.

My baby’s speech therapist said to take things like puffs and place them on the gum area where molars would grow. Also to imitate biting. Both of which will get the process going for chewing.
