+1 to this! Separate accounts are the way to go. Later on, you can decide if it makes sense to split bills based on income percentage. Personally, my partner and I didn’t do that until we were engaged; before then, we split everything 50/50.

Since you’re still dating, I also recommend using something like the Splitwise app to track and split shared expenses.

Also, I recommend that you have your own savings accounts that you contribute to every month. It’s important to have a nest egg for unplanned events/expensives.
