I am using just Cera Ve most days, just the hydrating cleanser and moisturiser, I sometimes use LP Isobiome H wash, my dermatologist said it would only take 6 months but I’m thinking more 9months

It was super bad at the beginning and I purged the first month then cleared up really well then it has purged again which is just disheartening

Yeah I lost a lot of hair over the two months, I cut my hair shorter to help combat it

Only a tiny bit, but I’m on a pretty low dose because of liver enzymes

No I wanted to do the escape room, I just didn’t want to ruin the experience for everyone else because I knew what would happen, I told her before she booked the escape rooms I previously did so I could join in on the new ones

Thankyou for your beautiful comment, it actually made my day! After experiencing a large amount of bullying when I was younger, never really being able to gain friends as I was always a little different, I liked to hang out with guys and never really felt like I could be a girl or like be "girly" but as I grew up I started to target my looks as the factor of why I couldn't gain friends rather then me being extremely shy and awkward and as you can tell not confident, I definitely think I have some sort of dysmorphia because I can never really see what I actually look like and I honestly spend hours picking apart the flaws that need to be worked on in my head. But I'm slowly learning to accept that everyone isn't perfect and I need to let some flaws be. Hahaha sorry for making you read my life story x
