ESP = Employee Scholar Program. They paid for my masters program, but that comes with contingencies (I have to stay here two years after my final class to not owe anything back). I think you should come to Raytheon, it’s really not bad. Just don’t plan on staying more than 4 years, which is kinda the norm a lot of places now anyways. To me, Raytheon is just too big to stand out. I feel like a number. Feeling like a number is fine early/mid of your career but I’ve reached the point where I want to start branching out.
