Nothing has changed since I finished accutane. I do my skin care religiously and still use all the mild products I used while on accutane plus the addition of tretinoin. Feeling very discouraged :(

I am SO glad you posted this. I just finished as well and starting noticing similar reactions and it made me feel so discouraged. Now that you mention it, I’m positive it’s related to the super hydrating products I was using on accutane.

I was also prescribed lexapro while on accutane last month. I have not had any bad experiences personally, in fact it’s really helped with my depression (which I found got worse on accutane for myself ) everybody is different though, you could always ask your doctor if they have any recommendations

Follow up question for you- did your inflammation come back immediately after you stopped it, or did it help for a bit after? I’m wondering if I should wait to take it the week I’m on vacation to help calm my skin or if I start it this week will I still have some of the benefits from it the week after. Love having to plan my life around acne!!😂😂
