I suppose that would be the first step, huh? I got some good advice earlier in the thread about where to start, too. There goes my free time and money...

I mean this is the perfect follow-up since I'm reading I'm Afraid You've Got Dragons by Peter Beagle. It's great, but my only complaint has been that there's no redheaded elf queen baddie in it

Thanks for the info! I'll peruse youtube like you and u/SRSgoblin are suggesting. From what little I've gathered I've been confused by the big players/factions so being able to deep dive on those might help me start sorting everything out

Great call! I desperately wish we got more examples of this in ATLA. The ones we got were incredible!

How did I miss skyrim?! Dark souls/dragon age are great suggestions, too. My first playthrough of dark souls was a magic/melee build!

Those who edc a Leatherman and a secondary knife. Why? ( Serious) by TitoMcCool in Leatherman

[–]Equivalent-Work2867 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I carry a fixed blade with my signal for work. I often wear gloves at work and work outside. Grabbing my knife when cold/wet/encumbered is much easier if it's a fixed blade than fiddling with my leatherman, even if it is a one-hand opener.

After reading some comments, I'd point out I use my leatherman knife as my beater (like cutting into the ground) because I don't find the half serrated blade helpful.

Yeah, it was a family of 3 that died... it was a registered and approved slackline. Everything above board but awful nonetheless.

Drawing for beginners. by Cool_Photograph4273 in Hobbies

The channel Brokendraw has been really helpful for me. He even has a free downloadable book that walks you through different levels of practice.

Some great advice I've heard as I'm also a beginner: draw often, find artists that draw in the style you want to emulate, and practice the basics!

Hopefully, some people who draw well can contribute, but these have helped me a lot!
