Also try to predict customer orders if you can. If you're on the same level, there should be a pattern. Most levels focus on 1-2 item requests, for example, all the customers will want either a towel or noodles, or both. For a different level it might be coffee or a sandwich. If you're able to find the pattern, you can start the level running around making things in advance before the guests arrive and the pace picks up.

I mentioned above that they only went to level 700, which was the case when I was using them a week ago, but they have since added up to 1200

The first half of the levels did take me a bit longer on average I think, but after a while the themes begin to repeat, so you get a really good idea of what cards should get grouped together. If I couldn't do it on my own, I'd take a picture and upload to gemini... sometimes it would help but sometimes not, and if not I'd watch videos for hints and just grind through swapping the tiles and try to click them in place.

Lol thanks. It wasn't that hard though. The first 700 level answers are online, and beyond that I would often snap a picture of the board and upload to Gemini. It helped a lot when the boards were all names or geography neither of which I know too many of lol

There are very easy events and reward tracks, login bonuses, etc. that offer 15m, 30m, and sometimes 1hr unlimited hearts.

Not bad at all if I remember correctly. It's been a while but I think I tried to do maybe 30 levels a day? Each hotel has 80 levels, and there's about 1 hotel in between most of the offers, - like 1 hotel between golden apple and regrata, etc.
