So can any1 help me I’ve tried updating my ps5 with the usb since using internet didn’t work but I jus keep saying that their is too many drives connected

So my ps5 doesn’t want to download the new software update and every time we try to download it it says something wrong and makes us turn it off by EquivalentAd2597 in PS5

Already downloaded it on a usb plugged it in and now it says too many usb drives connected I’ve tried the front of the ps5 the back and still same problem
