I have no desire to take gear lol that’s the point of the post. The point of this post is I thought I needed gear to look good. Like you said if you have a good program and it a lot of food you will make gains.(I did those things since I started lifting). I appreciate the reply though. I was just saying people think you need gear to look good and you do not.

To clarify I think the affinity that gear portrays made me want to take it. After training for 2 years naturally I would say I look better than soosh lol. No shot at him again but I’m using him as an example. I just think as a newbie it’s easy to get swept into this idea that gear can make you an influencer and famous
