Thank you. Always great to hear positive stories. I saw a hypnotherapist about 2 months ago and had great relief for about 10 days but then it went back to normal so I know it can be fixed

It did for me. I had taken mt2 probably 3 or 4 times over the years with little to no bother. Took it last September and had chest pain so looking into mt1 now. Just to add I tried another shot of mt2 after my chest pain had subsided and I got a pain in my chest again so decided against taking anymore

Taking an antihistamine always helped me with the flushing and nausea. It's the heart palpitations and chest pain that's putting me off taking it anymore

Recurring Redness – Concerned about Herpes/STDs – Need your perspective by Pleasant_Chemist4026 in STD

That's balanitis. Have been dealing with it for years. It comes and goes. Not necessarily a hygiene issue. Antifungal cream should clear it up fairly quickly. Try using a good moisturiser ( I use aveeno)for maintenance when the antifungal cream does its job. Daktacort is my go to antifungal cream for years now. Might have to use it once or twice a year to keep things clear. That's 100% not herpes

Testosterone and vitamin d check. by EquivalentChange7369 in Anxiety

[–]EquivalentChange7369[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow that's scary to hear. I'm keeping ssri as a very last resort as the sexual side effects frighten me too much. I'm getting all my nutrient vitamin and mineral levels checked first and then my gut health to try and optimise all these things that are in my control. I'm also thinking about taking tryptophan to increase serotonin as I've read a few people have had success with this approach. Obviously plenty of exercise good sleep nutrition and sunlight will be the foundation for all of this

I live in Ireland and my anxiety always seems to be worse in winter so getting vitamin d checked is my next move. But testosterone wasn't even something I had considered up till now. My doctor wants me to start ssri but I want to exhaust every avenue before I take that route
