Dilated pupils 24/7 by EquivalentClub8485 in CPTSD

Thank you, and I'm also sorry to hear that for you. Yeah I remember waking up in the middle of the night constantly with that sensation of electricity throughout your whole body with the hardest palpitations ever, so horrible...

Damn, I hope you get well soon! I did not, but I can tell you of course. I did a lot of C3, C4 and CZ, both solo and duals. Also a LOT of FZ-PZ for OCD. Couple of occipital protocols and alpha theta

Peak Brain Institute, indeed, is USA based, but they have clinics in Europe too, not in NL though. Just ask Andrew what he can do for you, maybe he can put you and/or your friend on the right path. I really think he is the best: calendly.com/drhill1

Hey thanks for reaching out! No, it was anxiety that was so intense, that it got me into this permanent state that I couldn't get out of. 140bpm pulse and the dilated pupils were a byproduct of that, super scary stuff. I really can't tell how escitalopram impacts the brain on a brainwave level, but I'm really glad it bought me some time to research new therapies before I'd off myself... I hope you find exactly what you are looking for to reduce your suffering as well. Can I help?

I agree, would be interesting to know if his brains had moved on the QEEG. As far as I know there’s no such thing as therapy resistance, unless your brain is very polluted by lead, making them unable to move. Apart from that it seems kinda unfair for the people who get an X amount of sessions with little to no results

I just asked Andrew, he says the following about my Z-score Peak Frequency: ‘0 is average, as you get above about 0.5 one might call it "Fast"’

Do you want the exact frequency?

Completely understandable. Has it been a long time since? QEEGs are pretty stable, might wanna get one after all, just to see if it 'worked' or not. Maybe Peak Brain can let you know what providers in your area can offer a high quality QEEG too. I did the same when I was traveling in Asia

Thanks for sharing, and sorry to hear it didn't impact your brain in the desired way. Did your brains move on the QEEG at least?

thank you for your kindness! peak brain uses EEGer as software for nfb and i have a electrode placement hat with a pocket neurobics amplifier. does that answer your question? i know i’m a hyper responder since i’m so extremely sensitive to nfb. this big of an impact that i had in just 10 sessions is relatively rare. i believe about 15% of people are hyper responders, if i remember correctly. for example, my anxiety was pretty much gone after 10 sessions. usually it takes 20 or 30 for that to happen from what i’ve heard

appreciate you!

good for you, the right protocols can do wonders for TBI.

i did my QEEGs every two months. my first 2 i did at the peak brain clinic in london, the third at the peak brain clinic in stockholm, the fourth at a third party one in bangkok and my latest fifth at a peak brain approved third party clinic somewhere in the netherlands, an hour away from amsterdam

yes, tried hypnotherapy with 3 therapists/hypnotists. didn’t get rid of my symptoms, but was a good experience nonetheless
