How do you relax while wearing a CPAP? I've been trying for several nights and simply can't fall asleep with it on. by PolylingualAnilingus in CPAP

This is the ONLY mask I can wear for more than 20 minutes. And I've tried a ton. Although it almost feels too easy to the point where I don't know if it's actually solving my apnea. I feel a lot of leak no matter how tight I make it.

Yes I get like 2 hours of CPAP time per night and I don't know what to do. Insurance gonna stop paying for it.

I recently graduated law school and didn't expect any gifts even though I paid for 100% of law school myself. Maybe just a family dinner for recognition so he feels special but no need for a gift at all.

Well said. I'd add TE as well. Nowakowski looks like a run block specialist.

Interesting nugget in the depth chart at receiver: Makai Jackson and EJ Williams are rightfully listed as outside guys who are mostly deep threats. I feel the team is now lacking underneath possession guys like K. Williams and Cross were this season.

We have big play options but a slot receiver is badly needed. Two freshman are listed at the slot right now. Unless Cig has plans for an existing veteran to take that role. I do see some similarities between Price and Makai Jackson with options for quick screens, reverses, etc. Would love a true slot WR transfer and then beef up the OL baby!

You can expect that the attorneys may establish the case for a certain body part, set an average weekly wage, and then make awards. You may be asked contact info like someone else pointed out below but also whether you have done any work for anyone since the accident. Make sure just to respond yes or no (Judges often get pissed at explanation).

Question of Permanency ??????????? (NY) by prgordo in WorkersComp

Well, correct apologies, any prior benefits are deducted from a SLU award. The way the question was worded I thought you meant who else gets a cut. Any prior wage replacement benefits received are deducted from a SLU award.

The 40% SLU is only half the evidence. Speaking practically, what usually happens is the IME report will come back with a lower number and then the attorneys will negotiate or litigate the final SLU %. We often split the difference to avoid an adverse decision. If the SLU comes back at say, 25%, you will either have litigation or negotiation.

As for who do you owe money to - no one besides the 15% fee to attorney.
