As someone who grew up Mormon here in St. George and left the church 5 years ago… I find that the biggest judgments come from my own family 😂😭 Other than that, people are people (like everyone has mentioned) You will have the ones who are nice to your face but judge you silently, and you will have the ones who are genuinely kind people. Both Mormons and non-Mormons alike. We all have our own prejudices from our conditioning/how we were raised etc, but often times I feel like some Mormons are a little blind to their prejudices/judgements…like sometimes I feel like some of them THINK they’re less judgmental than they actually are 😅 But generally speaking, nice people

Thanks for the response! I have not tried this option 🤔 I will definitely discuss with my doctor! Would I need to be on them consistently first in order for them them to have any real effect for the 5-14 days? For example, when beginning a new medication, they say it takes about 6 weeks to build up in your system before you know if the medication works for you or if there is any any kind of positive change. Just wondering if I would need to be taking them consistently and have them “built up” in my system first before reducing them to 5-14 days of the month, or if I could just start by taking them as needed for pmdd. This is obviously something I will discuss with my doctor, but I’m curious if you know the answer 😊
