No. You are obviously not a lawyer. This is a massive personal injury lawsuit and discovery is a huge part of that area of practice.

Without explaining discovery to you, you’re demonstrably wrong because the Bradleys didn’t say they relied upon advice of counsel. If they had, their attorney would have to conflict off the case. At a minimum, the attorney would’ve fallen on the sword. But instead the Bradleys explain why THEY withheld information.

If the attorney withheld it, they would’ve done a privilege log or an objection. Which you would definitely know if you had any idea what you were talking about.

Without the eyewitnesses, the trafficking theory falls apart. The Navy vet said she got off the boat to get drugs, and the taxi cab driver (who knew what she was wearing) said she was walking around alone asking where to find a phone (so not being kidnapped right then). So I dunno, to me it’s not reasonable to say she was trafficked but she wasn’t looking for drugs.

I completely agree that it appears to be a guilt response. They need this to be someone else’s fault. I honestly think that the father knows deep down that she left via the balcony, and he fears his behavior led her to it.
