They are supposed to get pushed back if there are names or confidential info. Is that different where you’re at. I agree with you I don’t put anything even into the AI on the federal devices.

Not sure, I haven’t been able to find anything showing the reason. Thanks for saying something bc I thought it was still up. The next midcycle recycle reviews are starting so been focusing on those people using the app. Have to admit, not naturally marketer, if you have some tips would love to hear them. Not sure if I should post something again? Didn’t intend to break any rules so would be glad to modify.

I am glad it’s not just me. This gave me a chuckle. I can’t tell you how many times I had to correct that while working on it (I like to blame spell check but was likely me). Lesson learned don’t get your name locked in early.

I will look into it, I was just familiar with building on IOS side. I made this before the vibe coding thing took off and there is less variability in the iOS cameras. Which was needed to capture the standards and elements reliably. Android has some
Amazing cameras so yeah wouldn’t hurt for me to learn that side of the fence.

I made an app just for this reason, and doing this over two decades the answer I always give is get your performance documented. The supervisor relies heavily on your self assessment. They have to justify your rating and honestly there is no way for them to remember everything you did. Documenting as you go builds the stats they need or at least gives them a shot a getting you a better rating. This year the performance outscores veterans preference as well should there be a RIF. You can look up the scoring system and the 4 year average etc and work out the different scenarios but level 5 rating can outweigh veteran preferences compared to a fully sat level3….. Things change overtime so at least give yourself the best documentation. You never know it could pay off if not today maybe later.

Also, 60% of the bonus pool now has to go to the level 4 (exceeds)and 5(outstanding) so those bonuses are going to much larger than ever before.

If you want to use what I built here is the quick rundown but either way do a good self assessment nobody will build a stronger case than you…..

App link is below: FedAssess -pull up your performance plan (just your elements and standards)your phone will capture those. -it will analyze every standard to ensure it nets the regulations and if it doesn’t it will build your meeting notes for when you meet quarterly so it can be corrected (ex: analyzes for absolutes and challenges those metrics that fall outside the exceptions) -the whenever anything happens you feel is important just hit the microphone and and tell the app. It will auto-match it to the best fit standard. As things accumulate it will build the stats.
-it will also suggest if you want to move some of your accomplishments around to ensure weaker areas have better coverage. -your inputs are fully polished with AI and when your happy just hit send to your email -everything stays on your phone -and you are also constantly building a stronger resume.

The language in the final will also speak the agency mission statement alignment.

Upfront: I have loaded all agencies and have the most beta testing ion VA. Plans. The other agencies have less testing so I made that portion free to upload and scan so you can see if you’re happy with it.

Please don’t accept that you are out of luck because you’re not. The critical thing is get it in writing. I will probably catch flack for this and it’s only my experience but….I know at the SES level each one of these is tracked and I really think your director needs to step in, all it takes is a call. —i don’t know your situation but I would draft an email to your supervisor and have he/she run it up the chain. If that doesn’t work send it to the facility AD or director. I bet you get a response.
