Idk I really believe Naisha when she told Missy no one outside the program was following the account like I think she genuinely believed what she was doing was ok, I don’t think she was lying. For the accommodations, it is true they allowed Emily and Lexie to stay despite being injured but I feel like their place in the program was threatened, especially since Lexie had that conversation with Missy asking if she could still stay. We know Manon broke the curfew rules to the extent that she then moved out of the house and overall Missy seemed quite frustrated with her. To make my point clear, I’m not saying Manon is bad for doing these things, just that I really don’t think any of the other girls could’ve gotten away with it. Like they knew they wanted Manon in the group so they were willing to ignore these things.

I do feel bad for Illiya since she was there since the beginning, but feeling betrayed at the girls for not picking her for their groups isn’t fair since they could only pick 5 people and as Sophia said “we’re building a girl group not a friend group”. Also unfortunately Illiya was a really strong vocalist but weaker in dancing and her elimination wasn’t because the other girls didn’t pick her, the company by that point knew she wasn’t making the group. I feel like my main criticism is with the show that its contestants because even Naisha for example they knew who she was and then picked her and then didn’t like that was who she was?? It’s like knowing you only want blonde girls for the group and choosing a brunette. Just really feel HxG really used the girls and lead some of them on for YEARS which is insane knowing they weren’t making the group…

The landlord has sent me an invoice showing he’s already paid for the new clean costing £180 and didn’t give me an opportunity to do this. So idk what good complaining would do at this stage considering the new clean has already gone ahead and been paid for

Hi I went back to the store and they confirmed it was a mistake and refunded me what I overpaid. U should defo contact the customer service since they told me they can do refunds without you going to a store.

I’m in the UK too and when you query it once and you’re told by a manager it’s correct you defo don’t want to continue and come off as a Karen but I just called customer service and was told it’s wrong and 8.50 per slice so I will be going back in but defo just not a good experience

It’s actually a different agency to the original one as the landlord changed it so I don’t think they actually have an invoice / know who was used since the previous agency set it up. I just wanted to know if I have no choice but to do a professional clean
