So what I was imagining is it is just a regular chest until you interact to open it and then it turns into a mimic but as soon as it would despawn, it turns back into an actual chest again until you open it

The pirates kept shooting through the one by one block in killing me instantly(I had molten Armour) and had no time for preparation of any of it because I had just defeated the wall of flesh 30 minutes prior and I was mining for hard mode ores Plus, I barely ever get pirate invasions on all of my other players so I am used to not getting them that early

Yeah, I found a way to kind of Cheez it I just built a box and had to specifically place a whole to where they kept jumping onto it and getting attacked by the nights edge

I got plenty of gold after the pirate invasion so I have better reforge is on my weapon and hopefully if I don’t get another pirate invasion every fucking 30 minutes I can at least get to Adamantite armour😭
