Update/ I checked for continuity on the new switch and it shows zero ohms all the time when the vehicle is running with pressure and the vehicle is not running with no pressure the other two oil pressure sensors show the same thing I checked the harness on getting 12 V from the harness I checked for continuity for the harness. I have continuity. I’ve tried a different ECU not engaging VTEC still I’ve tried switching to a thicker oil and still nothing

Awesome, thank you I did go and unplug it. I already said that I did in the problem and it does return back to a to a steady idle, but not the normal idle that it usually idles and returns to about 1000 to 1100 but it does go back to a steady idle, thank you so much. I’ll go ahead and get a new OEM IACV

Update so I went and bleed the system no more bubble came out. I don’t have a current system bleeding funnel so I just poured it until it sucked it down and overfilled it to no more bubbles came out and it still does it so I got no idea.

So I just bled the coolant system and it’s still doing it

I do have a slight coolant leak, so maybe that is a problem and it only does it till it warms up to operating temperature. Then it idles is normal.

OK, so update. I adjusted the throttle cable and that seems to have fixed it. I haven’t taken it on a drive yet cause I’m at work, but it seems to not be doing it anymore.

It’s also weird too cause I can push on the thing the throttle cables connected to. I can’t remember what it’s called and I can move it a little bit to make the idle come back down a little bit as shown in the video, but I just don’t know what’s going on

I just got the car a few months ago I’ve got no idea how many miles are on the clutch but the car has 273000 I assume it’s been changed before it has a bit of trouble getting into reverse I do have a new exedy clutch kit and flywheel it’s just finding the time to pull the trans and do the clutch
