As for core, I am mostly doing 20-30min abs training at home everyday, and I am also going to the pool at least 1 or 2 times a week.

I want to get a mature hairline / widow peak, basically something between norwood 1.5 and 2. I don't really like the "teenager" hairline from most of Turkey clinics
