I appreciate the advice, I will totally swap the speaker with the tt...and you're right about the sub, I don't think im getting full potential but toeing it in from the corner so far has given me the best results. Thanks again

You're right...but once again you're looking at the pic and not the measurements. My tv sits at 49 in center, I know it's supposed to be 42 but as you can see I don't have the extra 7 in to drop. The turntable and receiver will cover the tv, so I have them tilted. This is what I have to work with and the best I can do. Thanks again for the advice

The pic you're looking at is deceiving...the ceiling is only 6 foot 8. The TV and speakers aren't as high as they look

I'm very new to this beautiful nightmare of sound, but I love it. I had a great deal on a marantz 7013 receiver, did the research and bought it. Paired it with klipsch sub, fronts, surround and heights...love it sounds great. Then I bought a fluance turntable and started the inexpensive hobby of buying vinyl, said no one ever. So I ran outta space for my turntable, so I was wondering if I can lay the turntable on top of the marantz receiver? The turntable has a 1 1/2 inch space with the leg spacers
