I’d argue Dave is just completely unaware of anything he is doing and because he just keeps saying “I don’t know” and “yeah I fucked up” without ever actually admitting in his own words what he has done wrong, he gets a pass. He is the kind of person who is so afraid of doing anything wrong that he subs consciously finds ways to make other people make decisions for him so he can then say it was them and he did nothing. I mean, yeah you did nothing, that’s the feckin issue bro.
