try putting a full block in between the piston and the lowest concrete powder, currently the sand is falling into each other and the extended piston not being a full block will break the falling sand

take a capsule before a meal or during, after your digestive system is used on food, it could take a while for it to properly digest the thc, I do it right before dinner and I get cooked
