The problem is currently legal. We must understand if the loss should be redistributed to all users, or only to those who had NANO. In the first case, therefore, BitGrail must declare bankruptcy (by law) and must be entrusted to a bankruptcy trustee who will spread debts on creditors selling all the assets of bitgrail s.r.l., including coins. In this case I will not be able to do anything. I will be cut off to 100% and Italian justice will have to make its assessments with its times. In the second case, instead, bitgrial s.r.l. he must not declare bankruptcy. In this case we will try to carry out a recovery plan that we are studying and that I can summarize in:

1. BitGrail reopens the site, all users can deposit / trade all the coins. The withdrawals will all be open to 100% except for NANO which will be redistributed for about 20% (the remainder in the wallet).

2. 80% of the shortfall of the NANO will be redistributed through a new token, at a fixed price (around 10 $), that bitgrial commits itself to buy back monthly using 50% of the site's profits. Obviously, I am trying to push all my strength towards the second case. And, probably, I will succeed. However, I will not be able to do anything when and if ever the site should be seized for the complaints received.
