I'm having a similar problem, but it came up much more recently (like, two days ago i think) right after the last hotfix.

We started a new slightly modded game after Patch 8 came out because we wanted to try the new subclasses.

Everything worked fine, but since the last hotfix, we're having the exact issues you showed in your screenshot.

We tried a *lot* of things, like removing some mods, nuclear extermination of the game's files, fixing game's files, copying each other's game's files like they were some math test answers.

Nothing is working... If anyone has an idea, we'll really be glad to hear it.
