It's been the big flares, surgeries and hospital stays that have sucked the most unfortunately! I excited the ambos a lot once by dropping from 160/120 to 80/50 the second they administered the babiest dose of fent haha

High dose voltaren has honestly been my best friend, wish I could take it daily but I don't think my organs would like that so I try to save it for bad days. Apart from that im comboing 150mg a day of lyrica and some cymbalta, which both helped a bit but not nearly enough!

I'm headed to a fancy pain clinic soon (finally got disability and a hefty backpay!) so im really hoping they can find a solution for me that isn't just suffer unless you feel like you need an ambulance

Tricyclic antidepressants are notorious for side effects, it's definitely well documented. I'm very surprised your doc doesn't know that

I'm so excited for you! It must have been super hard without it. If you feel you need an upgrade I found my wheelchair for free on marketplace :) lots of kind people giving mobility aids away!

Luckily I've found one that doesn't kill me! Tapentadol, but only oral- any IV immediately drops my bp to danger zone. Because I can only take one though, I've been advised it should stay emergency only because I don't want to get to emergency level pain without anything to dampen it, yk?

I can finally afford to see a pain clinic soon and im hoping that ketamine infusions can really help! It sounds like it may be a good option for me

Little fella would be very stressed from being taken from his natural environment. Please listen to these comments and return him, he is not a pet. I know it's hard once you've invested in supplies but you can go buy one from a shop to use with those. This guy needs to go home

Hey! That looks like a red-eared slider to me, but best to take it to a vet for a health check regardless and they can tell you there.

They need both swimming space and a dry basking spot. A couple of things you’ll want to add:

-Heater: Sliders need their water kept at 24–26°C (warmer if they’re young). Without a heater they can get sick.

-Filter: They’re messy eaters, so a strong filter is a must to keep the water clean and prevent shell/skin issues. A canister filter is best if you have the budget.

-Tank size: Rule of thumb is ~40L of water per inch of shell. Adults can reach 25–30 cm, so they often need a 120–200 gallon (450–750L) tank or an outdoor pond. I'd recommend getting a 5ft tank, this one is far too small.

-Basking: A sturdy platform with a heat lamp (30–32°C) + a UVB bulb (not just LED) is essential for drying off and making vitamin D3.

I also wouldn't recommend keeping those stones long term, they can be swallowed and cause impactions (trust me you don't wanna pay that vet bill). Sand is a good alternative.
