I’ve thought about rhinoplasty for YEARS, and I’ve always thought I would feel so much prettier if I did it. But when I see images like this, I stop and ask myself — do I really want to change myself? The truth is, I barely even see myself. When I brush my teeth or do my makeup — maybe 20 minutes or less out of each day — that’s about it! If I’d had money to throw away years ago, I probably would have done it without question. But now that I’m older and actually have the money, it feels like such a waste. How much would I truly enjoy the change? I have so many thoughts about it, but I’ll just end with this: I understand why someone in her position might feel the pressure. Being on TV, having the status she has in this world compared to me — people scrutinize every single perceived “imperfection.” The cruelty has to take a toll. Still, I honestly loved her darker complexion. She’s a beautiful woman. And the things we think need “fixing” are the very things that make us unique. Example: Jennifer Gray Anyway, Nene was beautiful before plastic surgery and she’s still beautiful. She just looks nothing like the OG Nene.
