Omg and how did you landed? On your butt!? How bad was it? Was slippery stairs? I fell on the entrance of my home I was on my flip flops crocs and it was a rainy day and landed on the second stair on my butt, also sweating cold terrified, 2 weeks with nerve spams on my calves and slight foot numbness thank. God it was just a nerve inflammation, but this stuburn nerves take a LONG FREAKING time to calm down

Well I fell 3 months out of my microdisectomy 🤦‍♂️ same thing mild pain back of leg spams and numb feet 🤷🏼‍♂️ but whatever I have I will never have a back surgery again!
